Jog Every Morning

There are a lot of benefits you can get through jogging. Aside that it will bring out the toxins that is inside your body. Jogging do make you sweat but it doesn’t make you heated up. Actually, it will make you feel cool as long as you choose the time of  the day wherein the sun is not highly risen. Once you jog starting 5:00 a.m up to 7:00 a.m in the morning, you cannot feel the hot weather but if you do it after 7:00 a.m you cannot have the benefit of cooling don your body.

The Ice-effect


It’s not an unusual effect, in fact, it is a common one. The ice-effect means that you will be going for putting ice on the part of the body that is hot. Use an ice pack or an ice wrapper to place it on your hot skin. If ice is not available, you can also use some cloth and soak it to a cold water and then you can wipe your skin to ease the hotness that you are feeling. But always remember that you need to clean the cloth that you will be going to use so that you can prevent irritation.

Take in Chrysanthemum Tea

This tea can be an ordinary tea for you. But, the truth is that it is a chilling crop that enables to partly eliminate the heat that is produce by the body. Aside from giving you the convenience on the way you move, it is also a good formula to eliminate some illnesses like sore throat, eye irritation and other common problems in your eyes. This tea can also help our system digest properly.
